Functional Behavior Assessment

A Functional Behavior Assessment identifies the purpose behind challenging behaviors to guide effective intervention planning. Through observation, data collection, and caregiver collaboration, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) determines the function of behaviors and develops targeted, evidence-based strategies to promote positive change.
