We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
We currently serve toddlers through adolescents, approximately ages 2–17. Referrals for children under 2 or individuals 18+ are considered case by case based on fit, clinical need, and availability. If you’re unsure where your child fits, contact us and we’ll help you determine eligibility.
We’re in the process of becoming credentialed with several insurance plans. While we finish onboarding, we currently offer private-pay options. We’ll post updates as plans go live and are happy to verify your benefits as soon as we’re enrolled.
We offer services in the Roseville, CA area and virtually across California when clinically appropriate. Our in-person service area includes neighboring communities such as Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, Auburn, Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Antelope, and Carmichael (additional nearby cities by request). In-person sessions may include a travel fee beyond a set radius.
ABA is an evidence-based approach that teaches meaningful skills and reduces barriers to learning. Our sessions are individualized—the format depends on the goals being targeted and the learner’s needs. We use a range of procedures, including naturalistic teaching (NET), discrete trial training (DTT), task analysis and chaining, functional communication training (FCT), prompting and prompt-fading, and differential reinforcement/skill-based treatment. When appropriate, sessions may be play-based; for other goals (e.g., self-help, academics, safety, community routines), sessions may be more structured with clear steps and practice opportunities. Caregiver involvement is built in through brief coaching and take-home strategies. All services are data-driven, culturally responsive, and delivered at a frequency matched to your child’s goals and progress.
Standard sessions are 120 minutes. Frequency is individualized—many families start with 2–3 sessions per week and adjust based on progress, goals, and caregiver capacity.

Often, yes—especially for caregiver coaching and certain skill targets. We will determine telehealth suitability during intake based on safety, goals, and the learning environment.
We are not an emergency provider. If your child is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For urgent mental health support, contact your local crisis line.
No. We do not provide medical or psychological diagnoses. Our role is to deliver behavior-analytic services (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessment, ABA therapy, caregiver training) and to support skill development and behavior goals. If a diagnostic evaluation is needed (for example, an autism or ADHD evaluation), we will refer you to qualified professionals such as licensed psychologists, developmental pediatricians, or neurologists. We’re happy to collaboratewith your evaluating clinician and, upon request, provide treatment summaries or data to inform their assessment. Please note that some insurance plans require a formal diagnosis from an approved provider before authorizing ABA services.
